Meet Sue

As a child, I moved around a lot with my father's job and was fortunate to live in some fabulous properties. This gave me a really unique insight into what makes somewhere feel like home and I'm excited to leverage this to inspire this feeling in everything we do.

Sandacre Property was born out of a deep passion for property, but also creating something more impactful. Placing people and their experience at the very centre. 

My journey to this point has been one of self-discovery. I have a wealth of experience from the corporate world, drawing on my time working for some of the UK's most recognisable businesses including Barclays, Nestle, and Johnson & Johnson to name a few. I've also experienced entrepreneurship. In partnership with my husband we launched Finch Signs in 2011, a thriving business that I'm incredibly proud of. Today I'm still involved, however many of my family lead the day-to-day running of the business.

There are common themes from the experiences I've gained that very much inform my approach to Sandacre and what we're about. I realise that I genuinely thrive on new challenges, I'm obsessive about excellent customer service, I'm results-driven, and have a 'can do, will do' attitude'. The latter is so important in property as we are constantly faced with, and help solve problems. 

Aligned with this is expertise. I spent over a year as a Mastermind student, going deep into understanding property and learning from some of the country's most successful property entrepreneurs. Knowledge in property is so critically important and we champion education as a key value at Sandacre. 

My focus is to both apply and share that knowledge as we continue to learn, evolve and grow the business. I'm so genuinely excited about the future and partnering with others who feel connected to what we're about.
